To promote the intelligent use of water, to identify actions aimed at water-saving and to promote the economic recovery of the country also thanks to the use of safer, cheaper, and technologically advanced water.
The analysis of water consumption in the domestic, industrial, and agricultural sectors in Italy is the starting point. The identification of the regulatory framework, in the systematic representation of the connections between water, energy, and food and in comparison with the most advanced technical management solutions in Europe in order to identify and propose solutions in the water resources management sector aimed at environmental protection, the conscious use of the resource by civil and productive users and the encouragement of investments in the sector with the certainty that these investments have the consent of the community and through links with climate, infrastructure, digitization, biodiversity, food, tourism, transport, trade, energy can act as engines for the economic recovery of the country after the damage of the COVID 19 pandemic.
